Bio

Two girls from Amsterdam who travelled the world together and then decided to form a band. They make singer/songwriteresque pop with dreamy beats like Nick Drake or Bon Iver would make if they would have lived in the 60s and would have been girls.

They charmed their audiences, from living rooms to bigger venues, with their progressive and hypnotizing electro-pop sound. TSLP released their self-titled debut album in 2009, which resulted in many shows in the Netherlands featuring Eurosonic/Noorderslag 2011 and a performance on Dutch national television. The girls were also interviewed several times for the South Korean Elle-Girl and the album was released in Japan.

Their second album 'Mary Looking Ready' was produced by Jacco Gardner and has a deeper and bigger sound. Dreamy electronic songs with elements of chillwave, folk and electro, inspired by acts as Warpaint, The Knife, or Beach House. Both in line with and an original variation on today’s international indie sound. The album was released in a sold out Paradiso, Amsterdam.
